    We want you satisfied. Here's how refunds work at ThisIsBS.wtf (a project of FixThis Action Lab LLC).

    Free Services

    The official lookup service is free. There's nothing to refund.

    Mailed Letter Service ($2.95)

    If your letter is not mailed within 5 business days of purchase, you're entitled to a full refund. If a letter is returned as undeliverable due to our error, we'll re-send it or refund you.

    Please be aware that mail delivery to elected officials takes slightly longer than regular mail due to security screening.

    Contact us through the Contact page with your name, email and either Payment ID or Letter ID.
